Lovely staff and ambience. Breakfast was always delicious.

Front desk was excellent, great location, toilet was broken, no shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer, bare breakfast.

Excelente hotel, muy lindo y limpio, empleados muy atentos, en especial Joaquín quien siempre contestó muy amablemente todas mis preguntas. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme aquí.

It’s a cute property nestled in the heart of Mendoza. Very clean, very tranquil and convenient to all of the attractions. Majority of the staff are friendly and considerate. But I noticed a stark difference in treatment from Spanish looking clients and none Spanish looking clients. One example: one morning we go to breakfast, there is no one there. It’s just two of us, we sit at a table set for four. The staff comes out and ask us to move to a table set for two. We politely move. Right after we move, another couple comes down and sits exactly where we were sitting and the staff says nothing to them. They only look at them. The staff can see us looking at the them and the couple but they let the couple eat there in peace. As they smile and laugh at the front desk. As a person who has experienced prejudice and racism in my own country all of my life, I wasn’t expecting to see it here in Mendoza.

The staff was very friendly and took care of every need! We have already booked our return trip!

The morning that we arrived after a few days of travel, they booked us into a room opposite a wall with construction. Our first sleep in days was interrupted by loud hammering right next to our heads. There were other rooms available, and the hammering was only audible near ours. I don't know why they did that.

The breakfast is very simple. The bathroom isn't have amenities like shampoo conditioner amd shower cap and blower. The room need an iron

Not the hotel I was expecting. However good location. The breakfast was of poor quality. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was really nice and the service also was outstanding. At the front desk people were very friendly and very nice. They would unswear all the questions and will give an advise/suggestions. The only thing that I didnt liked was the smoking area that was on the front yard and on a porch.

Front desk staff were excellent, especially the young man who checked us in. My only issue was that the outlet next to the bathroom mirror didn’t work, which made using the hairdryer a little challenging, it was a minor inconvenience as we were only there for one night.

Staff was amazing!!! Big, clean room. Good location. Not super luxury, but what we'd hope for at this price.
