We found the property to be clean, well run and extremely convenient being situated literally across the road from the main bus station with links to the airport, Iguassu Falls Park and even directly to the Paraguay side of the river. The staff were friendly and professional, in particular Gonzalo who helped with travel advice and nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day and we made full use of it. We would recommend this hotel to travellers.

Great service from the front desk staff. They were very helpful. The bus station is just in front of the hotel which is just fantastic. It is possible to walk everywhere in town from the hotel.

Muy buen hotel con muy buena localizacion enfrente del terminal de buses, lo que me permitio no perder tiempo cuando me iba de excursiones. Tambien super silencioso y personal muy amable

No hot water, power kept going out
At one point we had no water
The beds spelled of BO as no mattress pads were used
The pictures online do not show how the place is I didn’t recognize the place from the photo
Walls dirty and you get a stained rag for a bath mat
Pool furniture is broken or breaks when you move it
The elevator didn’t work
I tried to think this is not the worst place it is just very clear that they do not care how your stay was

This hotel is at very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Next to the bus station so easy to take bus to water falls in Argetina and Brazil sides, and from and to IGR airport.

I booked a room for two days, but in such a hot summer, the air conditioning in my room cannot produce air conditioning. The bathroom is filled with hot water, the shower faucet cannot be used due to falling water, and the floor drain cannot drain sewage at all... Amaya's front desk told us that there are no other available rooms for us to exchange! It is stated that refunds can be made on a daily basis, but the next day it was said that we had to go to Expedia for a refund because we had booked tickets on this website But we have to catch up with them on our next trip, and we cannot continue to entangle with them. Such a bad attitude is unprecedented in history! We request a full refund!

The location is very good, just opposite to the bus terminal. The front desk staff was helpful. However, he was the only staff that can speak English. The hotel should hire more staff as him, which can solve the communication problem.
The hardware of hotel is good, especially the garden. But the service needs improvements. Some facilities should be repaired or fixed.

Across the street from the bus station, the location is great for visiting the national park. Also, the buffet breakfast was varied; however the cereal was consistently stale and the orange juice did not taste like actual juice.
The shower often had scalding hot water, regardless of setting; despite the hotel advertising as English speaking, some of the front desk staff barely spoke English; and the AC in the room on the coldest setting was not cold.

El chico de la recepcion super amable. Las habitacion con las sabanas llenas de manchas y pelos al igual que los baños. Las toallas y sabanas amarillentas del mal lavado. La chica que debia cambiar las sabana de muy mal caracter y muy mala actitud, fue un momento muy feo. El hotel necesita una actualizacion, un poco de entusiasmo y caracter. No regresaria.
