It was ok and convenient location

The AC and WiFi worked great. The highlight of our vacation was meeting Oscar M. Cuenca at the reception desk. He was very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope he will be at the reception desk on our next visit. 6 out of 5 stars. We wish the pool opened earlier (instead of 11:00 am). Thank you Oscar!!!!

We stayed 2 nights in Room 307. The hotel was very simple and I would rate this a two-star hotel. Unfriendly man at check-in (he was not focused on our check-in but kept looking at his phone beside him). The room was very simple, with two double beds. The worst part was the "balcony" it was something you had to step up into and WITHOUT steps (we stood on our flimsy plastic chair to get up) - a total safety hazard and so weird. Horrible small bathroom with very tricky shower, we could never get the water temperature high enough for our shower. The breakfast we paid for was horrible, there was barely bread or a good hot cup of tea. If you came down late, everything was gone, very little replenishing. The room itself had good A/C but the bed was old and well used. The one good thing about this hotel was that it was directly across the Bus Terminal (where we took the bus to Iguazu National Park, and the airport). The second good thing was that you could easily walk to MANY restaurants close the hotel.

Great location steps from terminal, professional and helpful frontdesk

Location is good. Just next to the main bus station Where you can take bus to the fall and the airport. Breakfast was good enough. Property condition，Was more like two star. Almost all appliances make noise，ac, bathroom fan and even fridge. Air CON was leaking.

The reception area is clean and even our room but the bathroom shows sign it needs an update bec the grout are mouldy so even if they clean everyday, you cannot ignore the mouldy grout of the washroom/toilet walls which is kind of disgusting.

Ótima localização perto de toda gastronomia da cidade, especialmente na mesma calçada de um restaurante mexicano com comida super deliciosa. Preço justo e funcionários cordiais e solícitos. Recomendo.

Good location, opposite to the bus terminal and near the busy street. The room is big but the facilities in the room are out-dated. It is time to upgrade them.

Bathroom had an unpleasant odour.

No hot water, power kept going out At one point we had no water The beds spelled of BO as no mattress pads were used The pictures online do not show how the place is I didn’t recognize the place from the photo Walls dirty and you get a stained rag for a bath mat Pool furniture is broken or breaks when you move it The elevator didn’t work I tried to think this is not the worst place it is just very clear that they do not care how your stay was

This hotel is at very good location, close to shops and restaurants. Next to the bus station so easy to take bus to water falls in Argetina and Brazil sides, and from and to IGR airport.

Reception is very poor,.. unfriendly

The washroom is small, the toilet seat doesn’t match the bowl. The breakfast was just ok.

We found the property to be clean, well run and extremely convenient being situated literally across the road from the main bus station with links to the airport, Iguassu Falls Park and even directly to the Paraguay side of the river. The staff were friendly and professional, in particular Gonzalo who helped with travel advice and nothing was too much trouble. The outdoor pool was a welcome relief from the heat of the day and we made full use of it. We would recommend this hotel to travellers.
