The hotel is in a great location and good value for money. Local shops, cafes, restaurants, taverns, and night life are a comfortably short walk from the hotel. The hotel and rooms were modern and clean, a good first impression. Check-in and out were pretty easy.

Well located near Kingston shops and a short walk to the lake foreshore or Manuka Oval. Limited parking around the hotel, much of it metered. (Parking on premises was extra.) The hot water service was undergoing maintenance so I had to have a cold shower and shave when I arrived. There is only one small lift, which you can sometimes wait several minutes for. No stairs were evident.
However, the property is quite new and in excellent condition. The room was nice, with a small table and chair, plus a lounge chair with a side-table. The area was quiet and I had a lovely view of a car park behind some shops. There are several cafes and eateries literally across the road, which was handy, and a supermarket 200m further down the street. I'd happily stay there again.

Great location and helpful staff.
Room could do with minor repairs e.g. scuff marks on walls cleaned or painted over, some plaster needs repair and a curtain needs new hand rod.
Liked that air-conditioning in the room can be easily turned off while not in room
