Rooms wre large and very well appointed with kitchen, bathroom & laundry facilities. Most conformable bed, pillows & sheets l have ever slept in. Location great for visiting Melbourne & Richmond via public transport. Reception lady extremely lovely, even gave todler her Easter Bunny soft toy. We will come back for sure.

Spacious apartment with separate areas including kitchen, and bedroom behind a glass door. Good quality fixtures. Dedicated gated hotel parking area much safer than other “secure” parking we have used before.

Everything felt very tired/worn - stained sofa; TV didn't work (seemed to be an issue with aerial plug). Not well cleaned (hair on shower glass, fridge not clean) Parking space was dangerously tiny. We had a small car, and struggled to fit into the space/open doors, etc. A large SUV, etc just wouldn't fit at all. Lighting was stark - no lamps to soften it. Overall, pretty basic, and needs a refurb
