I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the pool.
The only downside was the housekeeping. Since this is an apartment-style hotel, I expected at least some basic cleaning service during the stay. However, no cleaning was provided unless requested, and there was an extra charge for it. It would be better if this was included or clearly communicated in advance.

Great location, clean room, room laundry and kitchen.
There is no daily room service to replace towels, empty bins, and provide toilet rolls. You can get clean towels and toilet paper directly from reception though.

We were happy with our stay in a two-bedroom apartment for very good pricing at that time. Our kids loved the pool so much.
It would have been even better if there had been oil, salt, and paper towels in the kitchen.
The young girl at the reception desk simply read from a memorized instruction manual, she wasn't helpful or friendly.
Also, two lights just outside our room flickered on and off all night during our stay. It was creepy.

Aspire Apartments is the best place I’ve stayed. Everything about is was great with my 4 day stay. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and pleasant. It’s OK. Like most properties charged a premium during the GP weekend, Didn’t provide anything extra to go with the premium rate. The rooms are ok, basic, but tidy. The pool is lovely, the wifi quite slow, location was very good, especially for southern cross station.

What a lovely place to stay. The receptionist Catherine was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The pool and jacuzzis were amazing. Everything was very clean and new. Highly recommend
