Modern and immaculately clean rooms.
Hotel was close to trains and trams and the staff very friendly.
We chose this hotel for its facilities and they did not disappoint - hot tubs on the rooftop and a stunning heated indoor pools, plus steam room and sauna.

Great apartment and location. Very convenient. Only downside for us was there is only one aircon which is in the living room and no fan in the bedroom. During the visit in winters, we had kept balcony doors shut and it can get quite warm in the bedroom.

Location is quite convenient, walking distance from Southern Cross Station & Spencer Outlet Centre, as well as a tram stop on the 30 tram line. Those made it easy to get around the city.
The room was clean & all the amenities were provided. Housekeeping is only provided if you stay 8 nights or more. Perhaps a more comfortable sofa might have made it an even more pleasant stay.
Overall a nice & convenient place to stay while visiting Melbourne.

We checked in early without any problem. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. We liked the close proximity to public transport especially the Flagstaff train station which enabled us to travel directly to our daughter’s house in the suburbs. The property is well and centrally located in the Melbourne law district. We have already booked our next stay in this hotel.
