Lovely hotel with easy parking. Perfectly located to Lidcombe station where we parked after a soccer game. We arrived late to check in and were kindly sent a message saying where our key had been put so we could head to our room

Clean and tidy place, excellent customer service and very friendly staff.

Exceptionally clean room and pet friendly. The bed was so comfy and I would come back to stay!

Really well presented. Clean and so welcoming of guests and their pets. Highly recommend staying here when in Sydney and travelling with a pet.

The ammenities avaliable waa great having a microwave, hairdryer, good shampoo and conditioner product and comfy beds that were good.

This Motel was pretty average. I think it was halfway through doing some renovations. Quiet for on the highway. Used as a base for work which was fine. Not too clean but passable.!

Unfortunately not a pleasant experience this time. The room 31 has a stinky smell and the floor was not clean. This is my third or fourth time that I’m using this motel with no issues at all except this one.

Unfortunately our stay was not the best. Upon arrival into the room we immediately found an iron stain on one of the bedside tables. My sister dropped something and when she picked it up found dog food under the bed. The bathroom sink leaked to the point multiple towels were needed just so we did not slip and even though i booked a room for 4 people, 2 twin beds we got 1 single blanket. It was well after reception closed when we realised so we had no choice but to deal with it. Staff were apologetic when we notified them but all we got told was the maintenance person knew about the tap, hopefully it gets tidied up. At first i tried to pass it off, we paid $300 for the room but after i have thought about it im pretty frustrated. The staff were lovely but the amenities were not great. Look elsewhere if you can.

Drove 4 hours to only then be told upon arrival that they had cancelled our booking and forgot to notify us. We had two young children in the car who were tired of travelling and the staff member was most unhelpful and made us feel like an inconvenience. Just thankful we chose to pay at the property so didn’t have to wait for a refund.

Stay in second floor lo lift, struggle to carry own luggage up & down

The room charge is over price. Facilty has no Internet like advertize I stay there 6 nights and no one clean the room.Never come back
