Great for a short stay while traveling for work. Staff very friendly. Only issue was the air con in the room was broken, but the staff let me know this on my arrival and already had a heater set up instead (staying in June = quite cold weather).

There were a lot of dead bugs on the carpet and on the floor in the bathroom. Hair dryer isnt working too. Staff are friendly though.

The reception staff were lovely.
The room we had was very dated, and in much need of a complete overhaul, the blind was shredding, the curtains were very old and difficult to use, the bathroom sink and toilet leaked, the bar fridge freezer was so iced up that I couldn't fit my ice bricks in. We did ask for a 'quiet' room so perhaps our room was older style? But the man next door played his radio very loudly outside our bedroom, mainly during daytime, and had a dog in his room.

The room was not like the photos on your website, bad sewer odour coming from bathroom and your website stated breakfast available on Sundays at the on site restaurant, but this was not the case, so very disappointed !
