Berri Hotel

Great room and layout. Pool facility was fantastic. Great location

I have stayed a few times in the villas and they are bang on ! I’m sure the rest of the hotel rooms are nice but I I’ll be in these again when I’m back for sure!

The room was not prepared for the correct amount of people staying. Also the room was not clean. Old socks found on the floor and dust found in the bathroom. With soaps not tefilled. Need more attention to the small details when cleaning.

Loved the villa we stayed in. Especially the complimentary wine, beer, cider, soft drink and nibbles. The pool area was lovely on a hot Riverland day. Couldn’t recommend the Berri Hotel high enough.

Room was clean and staff friendly, however room are dated

The water is the shower was terrible, scolding hot then cold then scolding hot again. We askwd for twin beds and only had 1 king bed. The old lady at the reception desk, on leaving, gave me the meanest glare. Shw did not say a word. I said thanks left her the key and ran!

Clean and comfortable rooms.

Our check-in (4 adults booked in two rooms) was very poor as the hotel only had 2 adults recorded under the booking name. Reception staff refused to accept any responsibility and insisted that we contact the booking agent ourselves by phone or email (address in USA). Under pressure staff provided an Australian phone number and with help from wotif.com the problem was easily resolved. The hotel is undergoing renovations and apologies were made to guests on arrival but loud machinery noise at 6.50am is totally unacceptable. Breakfast was also significantly impacted. Our room was acceptable but furnishings are old and shabby. Our evening meal was very good

This hotel is good general speaking. My only complain is the room service, we asked to the staff twice to vacuum the room and we never got it. Apart from that, is not a bad place to stay, and the pool is quite good.

5 star I love this property Quiet ,serenity, walking distance to pub meals and cafes and town . Staff are amazing and only to willing to accomodate anything you need BEDS 5 star best night sleep ever

Clean room, a bit dated but comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Excellent dining room as part of the complex. Nice location. The hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay but didn’t effect us.

Great stay

It was a great room for 3 friends and we really appreciated the free snacks and drinks. It was also a great pleasure to have large bath towels to use.

Looking forward to seeing the completed renovations
