Property was nice and conveniently located. Had all the amenities you would like or expect. Some minor things were, one blind wasnt working, kitchen sink tap was loose. The main living and bedrooms were west facing getting the afternoon sun. Irritating but fixed by using the air conditioner. Would happily return again.

I arrived after a long drive and was greeted with a smile- made me feel very welcome. Check-in was seamless. The property is a little dated however it’s very clean and amenities are well maintained. Close to Box Hill Central where you’re spoilt for dining options. My travel was work related. I’d happily stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

I have stayed at this motel several times, purley because of its location.Recently, I accidently booked the wrong dates for an upcoming stay. (I entered the wrong month for a three day stay.) When I tried to change the booking, I was told there is nothing they can do about it, no changes are allowed, too bad. I'll never book this motel again. From previous stays, it's way below average, staff are inconsiderate and the room service is non-existant. There are better options on Box Hill.

The room we had last night was very disappointing. There was a dead cockroach on the lounge blind and the blind in the bedroom was broken. No cushions on the couch which made it very uncomfortable. The fridge was leaking and it is lucky we didn’t slip on the pool of water it left on the kitchen floor. Wine glasses and cutlery didn’t match. There was no ice tray in the freezer. I have stayed in the apartments many times and have had a great experience each time until last night. I have recommended these apartments to many friends over the years but will not be recommending them anymore. This is such a shame. I have another booking next month so hopefully the room I get will be much better. If not, it will be my last stay there.

It was good to be able park at the door of my room. There was a large ink stain on the doona cover but otherwuse the bedding was clean. New pillows might be worth invesying in, the ones I had smelt of other people's hair. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer. The shower is badic and could be replaced with something with a wider spray. The flyscreen on the bathroom window needs a good clean and one of the two glasses was dirty.
