주변 편의시설 부족, 편안함,

해외를 다니면서 베스트 웨스턴 호텔 체인점은 많이 이용해 봤다. 그러나 호주에서의 멜버른 외곽 박스-힐 거리에 있는 이 호텔의 선정은 유럽적 스타일이며, 내가 일을 볼 곳과 공항의 중간지점을 감안한 것이다. 호텔은 주차장이 넓어 좋았으나, 하루에도 변덕이 심한 이곳 날씨에 히터의 작동이 안되어 약간 아쉬웠으나 숙박한 방이 복층구조로 약간은 스위트룸 분위기에 숙박중 애들이 찾아와도 1층 거실에서 같이 생활하여 괜찮았던 것 같다. 간단한 미국식 아침이나 이마져 숙박비에 포함되지 않고 조금 식비가 비싼게 아쉬움이다. 보편적으로 깨끗하고 조용하며, 주차가 용이하여 괜찮은 여행으로 기억된다.

Clean, quiet, a hidden gem

The property was in a good state on arrival and was nice and clean. Only issue was that we had trouble sleeping at night. There was a noise similar to a piece of tin hitting something when there was wind and rain.

Staff were helpful

Terrible. Staff are rude and have kept my money for a booking which needed to be changed. Never again!

I have stayed at this motel several times, purley because of its location.Recently, I accidently booked the wrong dates for an upcoming stay. (I entered the wrong month for a three day stay.) When I tried to change the booking, I was told there is nothing they can do about it, no changes are allowed, too bad. I'll never book this motel again. From previous stays, it's way below average, staff are inconsiderate and the room service is non-existant. There are better options on Box Hill.

Stay was OK..

Service épouvantable, j'ai fait une recherche claire et spécifique pour avoir un hébergement a coté de la station de métro Montmorency a Laval, Quebec. Cet hôtel est sorti dans les choix, indiquant a 11.9km de la station de métro ( j'ai les photo a l'appuie avec l'heure et la date et on y voit ma recherche en plus.) Je ne connais pas Laval, moi Box Hill, ca pouvait être un quartier a Laval , comme Ste rose ou Fabreville.. j'ai contacté expédia 5 min après ma réservation pour cancellé, j'ai vue après coup que c'était en Australie, ( littéralement 3 min après, et ca pris 3 min parler a un agent en ligne chez expédia. et ni l'hôtel, ni expédia n'a voulu me rembourser ou juste cancellé 5 min après. . J'ai pris la peine de mettre l'endroit exact ou je voulais aller a Laval, pourquoi mettre cet hôtel au travers sérieusement, je ne comprends pas. j'étais sur mon cellulaire, je devais faire rapidement a cause du réseau internet peu fiable dans le parc des Laurentides.. Je suis outré de ne pas pouvoir cancellé 5 min après une réservation. Plus jamais je vais réservé sur expédia. je trouve que c'est du vol, mettre un mauvais hôtel en Australie a un excellent prix dans une recherche spécifique a Laval, Montreal et ne pas rembourser, c'est du vol. Vraiment déçu. Je vous aurais mise aucune étoile tant qu'a moi, 1 étoile est déjà beaucoup trop.

The room we had last night was very disappointing. There was a dead cockroach on the lounge blind and the blind in the bedroom was broken. No cushions on the couch which made it very uncomfortable. The fridge was leaking and it is lucky we didn’t slip on the pool of water it left on the kitchen floor. Wine glasses and cutlery didn’t match. There was no ice tray in the freezer. I have stayed in the apartments many times and have had a great experience each time until last night. I have recommended these apartments to many friends over the years but will not be recommending them anymore. This is such a shame. I have another booking next month so hopefully the room I get will be much better. If not, it will be my last stay there.

Nice and quiet

Accommodation is old and tired. Room was cold and aircon did not work properly. Could only plug in 1 electric blanket on queen bed, as other plug behind a fixed piece of furniture. Restaurant was closed for the weekend, which should’ve been notified at time of booking.

It was good to be able park at the door of my room. There was a large ink stain on the doona cover but otherwuse the bedding was clean. New pillows might be worth invesying in, the ones I had smelt of other people's hair. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer. The shower is badic and could be replaced with something with a wider spray. The flyscreen on the bathroom window needs a good clean and one of the two glasses was dirty.

Great size apartment. Good value for money.

It was good experience

Room was depressing. Looked like it hadn’t been updated for decades and had an overpowering musty smell. There was no microwave or mini bar as advertised.
