Old school motel. We were on second level so view out to ocean. Easy check in once pin for key access sorted. For some reason we did not receive email on the day re pin, links in email received when booking wouldn't work so had to ring number & press emergency to actually speak to someone who was able to give me verbal info. Reception doesn't operate on weekends when we were arriving. Large room, comfy, sofa to relax on, plenty of hot water in shower. Shower had damaged base so spraying water badly, left maintenance note as per info folder in the room & new shower head fitted by the time we returned to our room. Quiet area, parking at front & back, easy walking to eating & shops.

Have stayed here before and found the rooms are always clean and tidy. I especially like it due to coming to Lincoln for doctor's appointments and not having to pay high amounts of money for accommodation. Nice to still get some reasonably budget prices.

Not enough parking. No privacy to get dressed. There for 6 days and never got any fresh towels. Never saw a staff member at all. Very little milk in the fridge and nothing replenished.
On a good note, the position is perfect to walk to the foreshore.

The windows had gaps, the noise travelled from the road and the neighbours, the was a bright light right outside the unit and the ancient window coverings were completely unable to block it out hence the room was illuminated all night, terrible old fatigued motel , urgent need of upgrade, we moved out the next morning and would like a full refund please

The room was large, airy and meticulously clean albeit it dated. The general condition of the property was poor - old besser brick building in need of maintenance. Excellent location and terrific outlook over Boston Bay. Price was good and I would stay there again.

Blue Seas was so convenient and staff were excellent.
I locked my key in the room and called the after hours line, it was no bother at all to organise a spare key.
