We stayed in a spa room and we had a wonderful stay at Ithaca Motel. Our room was clean, the sheets were crisp and clean, the bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom had been updated, the spa was delightful, nice big towels and free toiletries were included, the staff were friendly and helpful, parking was available onsite and the location 400m from a beautiful beach was spot on.

The Ithica Manor is a beautiful historical building. It's definitely something to see and admire, however the accommodation was very poor,the rooms were unclean and not maintained to a professional level,the staff were rude,and very unhelpful.I would recommend going elsewhere to sleep so you don't ruin your holiday.

Front desk unattended at check in time, phone numbers went to answering service. Had to wander around to find someone. Battery in room fire alarm low, so alarm was beeping from 1am onwards. But room was fine, location good.

False advertising. Breakfast not available, internet didn't work, bed was rock hard, no water pressure in the shower, had a very small head that didn't didn't cover your body with water, temperature kept fluctuating and there was banging in the walls all night. When bringing this up with staff, nothing was done about any of the isses. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping was not done once. No clean towels suppplied.
