Had a good time wish we stayed here longer

OK stay. Handy to RSL for a reasonable meal.

Room wasnt as clean as it should have beeb

They advertise laundry facilities but the room was locked. If its not available then say so.

I only stayed overnight - room very clean, bed very comfortable, linen all very fresh. Receptionist very efficient & helpful. Standard furnishings & amenities in room. Thank you, I would certainly stay again

The first thing I notice of the room was the stale stink of cigarette smoke. I really hated the smell of it but there was no other room as the place was full. Also, the AC wasn't working properly and had to call for assistance. Even after it was turned on the AC was not giving out cool air, I can't imagine how it would be like in Summer. Don't think I will even go back there.

Ok stay for the money, but was very noisy. Could hear an alarm going off most of the night. Even thought I heard gun shots at one point, but could have been a car backfiring. On a main road so you can hear the local hoons racing past. Parking was full. Found hair in the shower upon arrival. Being bald I doubt my hair flew off and into the bath upon entry so assume it was either the cleaners or left from a previous guest. Staff were friendly and diligent.

Room Was averagely clean . But the tv didn’t work and after asking to get it sorted wasn’t fixed . And no parking we had to park in the road as all room Parking was full or not accessible .

Central location with walking distance to shopping and dinning.

Very Basic Room 15 Bad smell From The Bathroom

Room was old & Dirty Rubbish still in bin in bathroom (cotton buds etc) No PowerPoints close to Microwave, Toaster & Kettle (Had to move appliances to use them)

Very underwhelmed when we walked into the room. Carpet had marks the outlet in the bath had hair and hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. Couldn’t get the tv to work initially. The mattress was way too soft for us. Ashtrays bolted to the wall outside the rooms. The staff were friendly Wouldn’t stay again

Unfortunately this motel is lacking the basics. I arrived for check in at around 5:30pm so surely there was no excuse for items being left in the fridge from previous guests and no milk to make a coffee with. Bed was comfortable, but sheets were stained. Only one side of the electric blanket worked. There was a god almighty smell in the bathroom all the time which made me leave the window open and exhaust fan on 24/7. I had booked a spa bath room so i could relax after working 10hrs daily .... not a chance I would use the spa!! More hair stuck in the filter then on my head. Remote controls for the A/C and TV were dirty and sticky. Im a big believer in you get what you pay for and this is one of the more cheaper motels in Shepparton but still no excuse for basic cleanliness. Wont be back !

Draft under door. Loud music in area unfriendly staff not welcoming at all mould in bathroom cups in room dirty and milk outdated cheap and basic Stains on carpet and table kettle leaks Sad

I was grateful for nice Hot Shower and comfy bed thsnkyou

Would return because the reception staff were really nice and generous. Also good to sleep in the curtains block out the sunlight well
