Great stay. Very clean and a good view of the lake. Very convenient location with restaurants and a Woolies metro located nearby. The only downside to our experience was the checkout experience was thane front staff kept asking if we ate breakfast when we did not. She asked 4-5 times and I was getting quite annoyed as she could have called the breakfast staff to check since she didn’t trust my response to her question. In the end she just said “as long as you didn’t have breakfast then no payment owing at check out”. I don’t understand why she did that and why would anyone lie about having breakfast. I even told her my kids are waiting for me to check out so we can grab some food so unsure why the attitude. That ruined my morning.

This is a wonderful hotel as everything was incredibly clean and well functioning. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking and easy to find. Our room was upgraded as well which we were pleased with.

It was a lovely stay close to restaurants. Staff were helpful- had asked before hand for a extra pillow though for the room and they doubled checked at check-in thst I wanted it still but it wasn’t there when we got to the room quick call and the receptionist bought one up. 720 was a bit loud on from the St with the cars but earplugs fixed the job. Bed was comfy

This is a very clean hotel With comfortable rooms and good amenities in central Belco so handy for shops and restaurants - the staff we all very nice. Definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Pleasant reception staff on arrival. Room a good size and had a great view over the lake. Would stay there again if in the area. My pet peeve is where the range of pump soap/conditioner etc are mounted in poor locations. It was difficult for me to use the soap dispenser beside the hand basin as it had been installed against the frame of the mirror. It was no deal breaker, just a peeve!
