Business trip hotel well located & close to restaurants clubs & shops

The room is very nice and modern. When I arrived late and was looking to relax, I noticed that the floor lamp was broken and flickering. It needs a new bulb, as one of the bulbs is faulty. I suggest that the housekeeper performs regular checks before guests arrive, especially for stays of several days. Additionally, there is no subtitles option on the TV. The remote control indicates there is a subtitles button, but it does not activate any subtitles. This is quite disappointing. I reported this issue to the front desk and inquired why subtitles are not available, particularly for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or those who find language difficult. It would be very helpful if subtitles could be easily enabled. The staff apologised, but I feel this is not sufficient, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. Most hotels provide subtitles for guests who need them, and it is disappointing that this facility is not available here. The TV’s subtitle feature appears to be faulty.

Great location peaceful area easy walk to club & restaurants friendly staff

Large room with 2 queen beds, spacious bathroom and good amenities. Breakfast was a really good buffet. The car parking was free (Expedia perk, otherwise $15/night) and the car park was spacious and easy to navigate.

Walk-in shower with need to turn and reach for bodywash, shampoo etc is dangerous at my age. No actual soap a failing. Otherwise no real complaints.

The hotel, room and staff were lovely. What let the experience down was the noisy fan that couldn’t be lowered and the gunk or food smeared on the wall near the bathroom light switch.

Great upgrade. Very helpful staff when I needed to extend my stay. I have stayed here numerous times and am never disappointed. Great place to stay.

EVERYTHING was perfect, as a previous motel cleaner of 5 year's im very picky this was our second stay here and i can't fault it. its our 'to go place' from now on.

Fantastic hotel, modern clean and convenient

Terrible experience at check in. Arrived at 2:04pm and due to the 5 minute waiting bay out front being occupied by other users, sent my wife in to check us in for a pre paid booking with a credit card for incidentals. She was told that the check in staff would be required to site me whose name the booking was in….(I couldn’t do this once checked in and parked perhaps?). 2 minutes later, at 2:06pm I walked in and as I did a gentleman with a name badge displaying the name MD walked out the back. I politely waited 1 minute because he had seen me, before ringing the bell. I heard a voice suggest they wouldn’t be long. I was required to wait until 2:12pm before MD again came out. MD then conducted the check in process using my ID and CC. This process took until 2:19 which seemed deliberately inflammatory to the already poor experience we had endured. Through out the process I remained silent and refrained from expressing my dissatisfaction. I was handed the key to my room and I left. No explanation of what charges had been held on my card, nothing about the gym or breakfast, just a query on whether he could sting me further for carparking. A terrible experience and far below my expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again and I would expect a standard expression of understanding from management on this review but no real effort to make a bad situation right. All I did was try check into my pre paid hotel room at the appropriate time and was treated horribly.

Neat and tidy modern set up.

Location was good, parking is quite convenient, but the area around was dark while going on a walk in the evening.

The reception staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. The property is new, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is good value for money.

Had a great stay. Staff were excellent.
