Receptions were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The location is convenient too, in the middle of the city, a block behind Melbourne Central train station.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but I noticed that the customer service could use a little improvement. It seemed like the receptionist wasn't really engaged or enthusiastic about their job. Also, I was surprised to find extra charges for alcohol that I wasn’t made aware of, and I did not order because I don't drink alcohol. I called them, they told me it was a mistake, and they will refund the money, but nothing has happened so far. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope my feedback helps!

The refillable sparkling water in the reception was definitely a plus. Breakfast was simple but enough selections. the service was top notch, every employee that walk past us said hello.
