Receptions were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The location is convenient too, in the middle of the city, a block behind Melbourne Central train station.

Staff is friendly, amenities are complete, room is clean. Location is walking distance to Melbourne Central (train station and mall) and Queen Victoria Market. Lots of great food nearby.

Very nice place and nice bathroom.

The temperature in Melbourne is freezing but I have to take a shower with ice cold water because the heater has a problem. Minimalist amenities, no toothbrush, body lotion and bottled water.
