The « suite » was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel in very quiet location. Did not have breakfast at hotel but took a short walk to Terrace on the Domain.

The hotel and the room was gorgeous but there had definitely seen better days in some places a little worn. There was also quite limited lighting in the room at night because of the bulb placement. However, it was a well placed hotel, and definitely worth the money.

I’d stay here again.

Lovely room! Comfy beds and quiet space. Highly recommend a walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens near by and dinner at China Doll next door.

THE MOST Wonderful and helpful staff you will ever encounter!! The front desk, Mohammed and Alina were the BEST. You can not go wrong with this Luxury Hotel.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel allowed for us to check in early, which was nice of them. The hotel cleric additionally invited us to eat the continental breakfast being served. I had paid for the breakfast online. However, there was a mistake and we were entitled to breakfast the following day, not on the day of check-in. I had already served myself and now I was approached by a hotel staff stating I owed them $42. The breakfast online was approximately $22. It’s a not appreciate being charged $20 extra when it was their mistake. Other than that, it was a very pleasant day

We were pretty disappointed with our stay. No one helped us with our bags either on arrival or departure. The bath in the room had rust around the plug. They couldn’t provide sparkiling water when asked and no real amenities near by to purchase from. I really wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

Nice enough hotel, although very outdated, for what they are charging it is not worth the price. Quite a few stains around the room, room service closes at 9 pm, also at night the bar area smells due to being on top of a wharf. If it was least expensive or given a much needed renovation you wouldn’t mind.

It was a modern clean room & very convivence place. The staff are very friendly and kind also. Very artistic modern place.

Great stay in a lovely room.

Check-in (and out) was super easy. The staff was attentive and super helpful. The loft suites are superb and spacious. The location is terrific. The restaurants on-site are top-notch. The interior is oddly cool. The downsides, though? Our door kept locking us out and we would have to go to reception, from the 5th floor using a relatively slow elevator, to get help to let us in. It would take an additional 10-15 minutes to get into our room (multiple times over a 3 night stay). It was a minor inconvenience, but the fact that we couldn't get a straight answer about why it was happening and the fact that it just kept happening was unfortunate. The only other downside? The hot tub was lukewarm (like 92 degrees at most). Not a biggie, but after all the traveling we had done, we were hoping for something a bit more....relaxing. That said, we just went into the bathtub with the complimentary epsom salts instead. Overall, I would easily stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

This is a five star hotel in name only - terrible check in from rude staff, then a room with no windows that you could get daylight through booked as ‘martime view’! The shower was difficult to regulate in the tiny bathroom when we were ‘upgraded’ to a room with a window…

Great location and interesting building but now feeling rather shabby and in need of an update.

Great location, but the room was outdated and could use additional cleaning

Service was very lacking. The room and the hotel are very attractive but for the first two days we had no room service. The first day, we let the front desk know and still by the evening we had no room service. We needed to stay an extra night and were charged double the room rate we had paid for the other nights. None of the Expedia perks were delivered without us asking.

It was a great location and super cool hotel. However the rooms were a bit musty and not as clean as I had hoped. Couches a bit worn and bathrooms not super clean. Otherwise a good stay.

Room suffered bad road noise for us,also breakfast not hot enough.

Great as always, but special thanks to the staff that always make it special.
