Efficient and friendly check in. Room was ready on arrival. Room was clean and has everything we needed. Perfect location at Darling Hbr and very close up Town Hall metro. Thank you : )

Room was nice. However I did not appreciate the fact the hotel charged an extra $40 to let me in the room before 2pm. The hotel was not full when I arrived and rooms were available. Such practice is not acceptable! I left the room at 8am - 4 hours before normal check out time and the hotel did not pay me! Why not?

We had an amazing stay. The staff were brilliant. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. Special shoutout to the front reception, concierge and the valet team who were so helpful due to a medical emergency we had with our little one. We would definitely stay again!

We checked in early. Room was not ready which was fine but promised call when ready no call came. Had to ask at reception again. Disappointing that hotel cleaning decided to vacuum and make up room next to us at 7am. Was loud and woke us up on a Sunday morning. Let reception know and was hoping for some possible compensation but did not come. Room was nice overall pretty good except for those issues. Close to everything which is a positive.

The room was amazing, canapes and drinks in the evening was perfect and they accommodated our 5 year old, whole experience waa exactly what we were after. Also reindeer pancakes was a great touch for the kids around Christmas.
