Good suite, lovely decor.

The rooms were spotless, the shower pressure was excellent and although it’s mid winter the apartment was toasty warm. Its reasonably well equipped kitchen made life easy and public transport was very accessible. The receptionist was pleasant. The only hitch was the coffee machine which was not great, it leaked and the coffee itself was no good, we tried various pods and eventually gave up and drank juice until we could get out and get a decent cuppa. Having a washing machine and tumble drier as well as dishwasher made for a very comfortable and convenient stay. A home away from home.

The apartment are fine other than it doesn't matter how many people you book for your only getting beds for 4. The room was clean and the manager removed the dead pidgeon from the balcony so we could use it again.

Complicated entry process.

Friendly and easy check-in, very comfortable bed, room was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. The car park felt easy and safe with access via lift to room floors. Highly recommended thank you

Perfect accommodation with excellent public transport to the CBD and easy access to airport. Clean and stylish and very comfortable.

I only stayed one night, and i must say, it was quite and very peaceful. Everything was as good as gold. Most definitely would stay again.... "Sorry," can't say anything bad about The Quest... 👍👍👍👍👍All Goods...

Room stunk of cigarette's

Very clean, great customer service, very helpful, great for families travelling.

Lovely clean, homely comfortable 1 bed apartment. Good shower, nice to have balcony space and well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher with powder and liquid supplied. Enjoyed pool with amazing views of Melbourne, parking convenient, chargeable at 20 dollar's per night, walking distance to Woolworths and very convenient for tram. Enjoyed our stay here overall but somethings would make us not want to stay again at this Quest. In all honesty and we rarely leave negative remarks but we felt however this Quest was the least focused than all the others we stayed at during our ten week trip. There is a great coffee machine but regardless if you stay 10 nights or 1 night you only get 2 capsules your entire stay thereafter you pay, may as well book each night individually. You can have unlimited tea bags, instant coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent but not capsules, so why bother supplying a machine in the apartment, just principle as never had this ever before in a Quest, it felt petty. The electric hob only one ring would work properly and the wifi was not good during our stay. We also asked for a high floor as possible with a city view, we got no view on the first floor, we know not guaranteed but didn’t feel it was personal just told all they had, we booked 6 months before.

No drama. Easy place to stay.

Rundown

The carpet in the lift hadn't been vacuumed fri sat sun mon and was disappointing as it was not a good first impression. Close to bus and tram. Knocking sound at night in my room...plumbing??

We had a great stay! Check in easy, parking easy, room was well presented, clean, quiet. Balcony was huge! Pool was warm for an outdoor pool. Rooftop view 👌 Would recommend for sure.

Our room was okay for a short stay but didn’t work as well as we expected for a 25 day stay. The kitchen condiments were lacking. I.e. no spatulas, no oven mitts, no sieve, 1 frying pan. We weren’t able to host guests-3 glasses, 3 wine glasses, 3 coffee cups, 3 utensils etc.
