An ideally suitable location for getting around Bunbury walking. The room was clean with plenty hot water. Comfy bed - adequate for what we paid. Parking was easy and quick check in / out.

Shower was the only small complaint, with temperature and water flow difficult to regulate, however bathroom all clean and fresh.

Hotel is fine, secure Carpark is not secure at all, got our car window smashed and so called security camera does not cover the whole Carpark and security gate does not get closed at night. Staff was very helpful, management did nothing but tell us that the security camera did not cover the whole Carpark. Not impressed with their handling of the car window smashed in their secure Carpark.

I am commenting on the Motel as we didn't stay in the Old Hotel, which may be different. We were able to check in early which was great. The room was very spacious, with 2 comfortable chairs. The bed was a double which was comfortable but a bigger bed would have been nice. A little old fashioned but good for the money. Loads of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Well worth looking at if the price is good.

Always enjoy coming back to the Rose. Great service, great position in town, attached to a great pub.
Could do with better pillows as they are a bit flat.
