Hotel is at great location and the rooftop restaurant / bar is amazing with great view of Vienna especially at .

The hotel is architecturally vintage but not creepy. Adjacent to the historic Central Cafe and just meters from the shopping center. Breakfast is not too much but guests are given a breakfast menu made to request guests and not limited to the amount, it is impressive.

The location is great, but the room is not the same room as in the picture at all. They said the hotel is already upgraded for us, but it was not even close to the pictures. And no daily clean service. If we want to get a new towel, we need to ask at the front desk.
