Hilton Vienna Park

Excellent properly very convenient for arrivals by train from airport and connection to city by train. Also within walking distance to the centre of Vienna. Hotel smells nice - Amenities were good bed very comfortable. It was our 20th wedding anniversary hotel didn’t take any notice for our request for a room with a view instead we were on 4th floor with view of other offices in front of us. Breakfast was very good however, the person making hot breakfast was very rude and made customers wait for so long making eggs and waffles and on a couple of occasions send me away and said come back and he had given my waffle to another customer and I had to wait again! I think hotel needs to review this staff attitude and serving time. Also coffee and tea at the machine was nightmare with long ques. Other than that I would recommend the hotel but I wish they made more attention to our request to make our stay more special.

Everything was “ausgezeichnet”.Excellent. The location can’t be beat and it’s a short (3 stops) from the Hbf. Highly recommended.

Our stay are Hilton Vienna Park was amazing. The staff was super friendly, the room and hotel were clean. The location of the hotel made it and easy walk to all the museums and food. I would stay here again when in Vienna.

We stay in this hotel because we dropped off our rental car here and we are flying out in the next morning. I won’t recommend this hotel they use this cheap air freshener u can’t open the window because the air conditioner stop working and I ask them multiple times the staff send someone to spray with something to neutralize the smell! Didn’t work I got headache and hardly slept through the night couldn’t wait to leave this place. We stay at Hilton Vienna Plaza previous week for 3 nights way better managed!

Breakfast and assistance from staff are of top quality. One negative comment is that Check-in lady is too aggressive. I already paid nearly 500 can$ per night (tax included) but she pushed me to pay more for having the room earlier than 4:00 pm. This is not nice.

Check in was seamless and even though I was early there was a room ready for me. A big shout out to Nadine on reception who was very helpful. The room itself was very clean with tea/ coffee facilities, iron, safe, bathrobes, mini fridge and even an umbrella!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.. there could be more coffee machines though! Breakfast was busy at times and I found It difficult to find a table one morning! The hotel is very convenient to public transport, historical sights and the train to the airport. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

The hotel was great. Excellent location ~ especially for our last night in Vienna. Able to get to the airport by train from the hotel.

Breakfast was FANTASIC!

Excellent hotel centrally placed. My only criticism was the breakfast was poor and often the hot food was cold. The room wax excellent and cleaned every day

I recommend this hotel to anyone as it is close to shops and historic buildings. Great staff, clean room and amenities. breakfast is also good with variety of selection. Hotel area feels very safe to walk around. Close to train station and The mall.

Centrally located great property convienent

Our room was a twin Executive which was warm and inviting. Linen and toiletries were of a high standard. The executive dining floor was excellent. A plentiful buffet at breakfast and a much appreciated ‘happy hour’ in the evenings with nibbles and alcoholic drinks. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. A good location next to the CAT train direct from the airport. All in all a very good choice of hotel for us on our first visit to Vienna. Thank you.

Restaurant with poor choice of foods

Clean room, Staff was super nice and professional. Checked us in early. Great hotel and right next to the airport train. I will stay again next time I'm in Vienna
