Room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! The receptionists was very nice and ambiance was certainly cozy and calm. Central to everything, close to old town, and great restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again in the future!

Good sized hotel room, reasonable room amenties, excellent central position for access to Christmas markets. .....but worst excessive dilution of a breakfast orange juice award, pretty expensive low quality breakfast.

The room was spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful. It was close to everything with the Xmas markets being 10/15 minutes walk and other highlights such as the Norkette mountains funicular being 15 minutes walk away. Loved Innsbruck with the old town being really traditional being overlooked all around by snow covered mountains.
