Quite nice building and very helpful staff. Fantastic location for the price, A few minute walk from Vienna Bus station, super close to an 18 tram stop with a Tabak shop where you can buy tickets, two stops from Billa and a few stops from Belvedere.

The hotel is great, the rooms are amazing and include everything you need the pool area is amazing. You also have the option to add a breakfast buffet to your stay, it is totally recommended. The hotel is also located in a very quiet neighborhood. I really loved my stay.

Clean and in great shape.Just one comment, about a chair that had loose leggs. Personel was friendly and helpfull. The pool was great after a warm day in the city.

Booked two nights but ended up staying for three nights. Large, clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff in both reception and restaurant. Nice inner yard with a pool. Felt like a little oasis in Vienna. My son has a disability and acts and sounds different than others. But we felt very welcome and the staff made no fuzz about it and showed understanding of his special needs.

My main issues was being told when I checked in that breakfast was included. It was a mediocre breakfast but filled our empty bellies, then on check out we were charged £15 per person per head. Not worth that in my opinion and even worse that this is as not what I was told.
Clean enough but pretty out of the way and a long walk from the public transport.

Very comfortable, simple place to stay. I was quite pleased with my room and bayhroom. The air conditioning worked well. Easy walk to an underground station to get to the city center. In a very quiet neighborhood.

I picked the property as it was close to local transport and the international bus station.
Staff were lovely and accommodating. It's a sports hotel where the gym has a good selection for weights and is open 24/7.
As others have said - the rooms are rather dated (shower looks modern though) but generally clean and spacious.

Big room, spotlessly clean, big comfortable bed, great shower, cleaning daily. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but great transport links metro, bus and tram close by - 3 min walk. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is great with selection of breads, eggs, meat and cereals. Very happy with my stay.
