Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done.

Great location just outside the busy city of Bruges. Easy cycle route in to Bruges using bikes rented at the hotel. Super friendly and efficient staff nothing was too much trouble and great buffet breakfast - plenty of choice.
Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. There was a cycle tour team staying at the same time as us and they took over the carpark some what, however, the children loved being able to see the mechanics working on the bikes.
The rooms could do with some modernisation, but everything was clean and functional.

Just checked out of the hotel today.
Good- hotel is clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. Sone are not. They provide taxi voucher so u pay €15 to go to city center and we used it too to go to the train station.
The bad- it is far from the city and far from any bus stop or train. So if u don’t bike or have your own car you have to take taxi everywhere. Wifi connection was non existent in our room!!! They didn’t wash or change our coffee cups everyday

The room was simple but spacious and clean. We liked the friendly service and the location with easy access to the city centre. We disliked the fact that parking is charged at €8 per day and the breakfast offering.

Not a bad spot...15 min drive from downtown. Lady on check in advised us to park at the train station... but that's a 25 min walk to the city center so i would advise parking closer. Breakfast just fair...North Americans will likely be disappointed in the eggs/ meat offerings. Bed was comfortable, room a good size. Would stay again but would skip the breakfast.

From the minute we arrived, the hotel staff treated us excellently. The room met our needs and the restaurant had great quality food whether it was breakfast lunch or dinner.
Its location is perfect for any peace and quiet you desire after a long day of exploring around. Definitely a place to stay if you plan to visit Bruges.

Terrible service treated as second rate guests as they had a cycle team in that took priority, turned away for dinner at the point of trying to make a reservation. Also told that we had to wait for breakfast until after the cycle team had eaten.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is welcoming and all staff very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast (great selection) and loved visiting beautiful Bruges. We drove in and parking was easy and good value about a 10 minute walk from the centre.
