It is an old place, but the service was nice. It is far from the city center.

Great hidden gem with a lovely garden that will keep children entertained and an on site carpark. The hotel has been renovated to a lovely standard, it's just the bedrooms that need an uplift.

Hotel was easy to find by car and in a great location to drive into the city centre (we parked at the station car park 15mins away for 7euro all day). Lots of parking but you are charged for parking when you check in (not entirely sure how much as paid it with the tax). The staff and facilities are the stand out for this hotel, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The facilities are also excellent, the kids indoor and outdoor area and the pool are superb. The breakfast was delicious and a bargain if you pre book when you book the hotel. The rooms are okay, if you're used to budget hotels then it's great, if you're used to fancy hotels then you might be a bit more picky. The bathroom had a bath and shower which is useful with a toddler. We also combined the double bed with the single bed to make one giant bed which was awesome! Overall, we are already planning to stay here again when we come back in the winter. If you have kids this is honestly the best place to stay and would highly recommend.

L'ensemble était bien tenu, mais sans climatisation. On entendait certes le bruit de l'autoroute ou route à côté, mais on pouvait bien aérer en ouvrant la fenêtre. Petit-déjeuner avec éventail de choix très étendu ( gaufres, crêpes, différents pains et un bon petit déjeuner chaud ), mention très bien au petit-déjeuner, on peut le prendre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, près la piscine; un plus pour se rafraichir en cas de grande chaleur. Endroit à recommander. Un bémol: il faut s'attendre à payer le parking ( obligatoire, alors qu'il n'y a pas le choix d'aller se garer ailleurs) et les taxes de séjour assez élevées ( je trouve): 8 + 8.40=16.40€. Mais ça les vaut pour la bonne nuit que nous avons passée.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hat vieles kompensiert. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Kinder haben sich im Hotel wohl gefühlt.

The rooms are clean, the breakfast is very good, the only thing missing was the staff to replenish the food, after 9 am, there wasn't much left!

Overall, this wasn’t a great stay. The hotel felt very basic and quite worn for the price charged. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The woodchip wallpaper, carpet tiles and general décor feel dated and are no longer what most guests would expect. There was also a noticeable musty smell in the corridor throughout our stay. Our room had several maintenance issues. The window hinge was broken, making it difficult to leave the window tilted open for fresh air, and the room door had to be slammed shut as it wouldn’t close properly. It was warm during our stay and, although there is no air conditioning, a fan was provided which did help. The room itself was lacking in basic facilities. Although tea and coffee-making facilities were provided, there were no cups or spoons in the room on arrival, which was inconvenient. The bathroom was disappointing. Water pressure was poor, and the mixer shower constantly fluctuated between hot and cold without being adjusted. The shower curtain also made the bathroom feel dated. The outdoor play area for children is very worn and could do with updating. Breakfast was expensive considering the limited selection on offer. The evening meal options in the hotel restaurant were also quite limited. Although the restaurant was almost empty, we were told we should have booked in advance, which seemed unnecessary. Reception staff were pleasant and welcoming, but some of the other staff were not particularly friendly. One point worth mentioning

Conveniently located from Dunkirk ferry crossing with EV chargers at hotel. Great facilities, good breakfast and close to Bruges for sightseeing. Hotel has a pool, table tennis, trampoline, small playground, board games etc and very spacious family rooms. We decided to stay again on our return journey.

Good size room. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. This is a return trip and we weren't disappointed.

Lækkert sted især med familien. Masser at lave for børnene. Eneste minus var det var tæt på en hovedvej så var nød til at have lukket vindue om natten. Men lækkert sted med god morgenmad og skønt værelse og gratis parkering

Not bad to stay in for a night or two. In a pretty quiet location and staff were very helpful..cheeky that if you didn’t book direct with them that you had to pay €10 to park the car…especially as it is not near anywhere which is particularly busy. Hotel was a bit tired in the rooms but as I said fine if it is only for a night or two

Prima hotel voor een overnachting. De kamer was schoon maar wel gedateerd. Vriendelijk personeel!

Room was poorly ventilated. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not work. Staff couldn't fix it neither could give us another room. Terrible experience.

Familjevänligt, bra frukost, ok rum. Smidigt att ta Uber 10-15 min till/från centrum. Bra stor parkering direkt utanför hotellet. Utomhusområdet kan förbättras genom att kratta bort löv, planteringar etc.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Green Park Hotel in Brügge und können es besonders Familien uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Schon der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und direkt mit einem lustigen Spiel überrascht – ein toller Start in den Urlaub, vor allem für Kinder. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich hervorragend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Waffelmaschine und dem Crepeseisen. Außerdem gab es hausgemachtes Granola, das einfach unglaublich lecker war. Insgesamt ist die Auswahl sehr groß und es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Für Familien bietet das Hotel außerdem einen schönen Pool und eine liebevoll gestaltete Kinderspielecke. Das gesamte Team war während unseres Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen: Das Hotel liegt schön im Grünen, umgeben von einem Park, und die Anlage ist gepflegt und einladend. Die Autobahn ist zwar in der Nähe und als gleichmäßiges Hintergrundrauschen hörbar, hat uns persönlich aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie waren sehr sauber und die Betten bequem – und genau das ist für uns am wichtigsten. Für uns sind das ganz klar 5 von 5 Sternen. Wer ein familienfreundliches Hotel mit tollem Frühstück, herzlichem Service und einer entspannten Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Reception, bar and restaurant Staff were brilliant. Generally rooms were clean. Mattress cover was covered with hair. Shower clogged with lots of hair. Family friendly hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast limited choice but was decent. Close to motorway with easy access about 1 hr to calais

We really like this hotel, the breakfast was very good, good location good parking, taxis were cheap to go into Bruges, we are especially liked Bavo at front desk, his English was better then ours and very helpful and knowable, he made our stay perfect!! The only dislike for the hotel would be no air-conditioning, but they do have fans and it wasn’t that bad but it was a heat wave, the staff is so accommodating! We will definitely come back!
