No quarto tudo novinho e bem limpo. O chuveiro tinha um pressão ótima e esquentava bem. Todos os funcionários muito gentis e educados. O café da manhã era simples, mas muito bom, tinha o essencial para um bom café da manhã.

Gostei muito da minha estadia por 3 dias. Quarto era amplo e organizado, com banheiro ótimo e espaçoso. Chuveiro eletrônico que funcionava muito bem. Café com ótima variedade. Localização excelente demais, com várias lojas por perto, além de restaurantes e o metrô. Usei carro e estacionei no hotel. Cobram uma taxa por diária, mas só de 20 reais. Ficaria de novo com certeza.

Para uma noite ok, Não servem refeições e nada incluso na diária. O aplicativo informa que o café da manhã está incluído, mas na verdade é cobrado o valor de R$ 26,00 café para o casal e R$ 13,00 café para 1 hóspede. Ahh e vale lembrar, se for de carro tem que pagar R$ 20,00 o estacionamento. Pra mim a oferta no aplicativo não é clara, atrai o hóspede e o mesmo quando chega ao local, acaba pagando pois fica sem opção

When I arrived at the hotel my reservation was not there. The hotel was fully booked and I had to find another hotel room. After I complain, hotels.com send an email and directed me to the bill department that never answer my emails.
