Hotel has a lot of potential, but does not live up to it. Rooms are fairly large and beds are comfortable. However if you stay more than one day their does not seem to be any housekeeping. I came back at 4pm and the room was not made up and no extra towels were provided. I stayed in a premium room and it was supposed to come with free water and amenities. Came with 2 small bottles of water the first day but then nothing. Also Amenities were very sparse. Bed was comfortable. They do not offer a mat for the shower so it is slippery. Also no robe or slippers. While they have a good size fridge in the room for the minibar they lack coffee/tea maker. Extra points for having a safe. Biggest problem I had with the room is that the hallways are lit by sensors and often the sensors do not work so when you open the door it is pitch dark walking to the elevator. Very dangerous and un safe. Restaurant is decent but portions are small. Also servers do not know how to open wine and broke the cork 2 times when opening the wine. Also Front desk does not speak much English. Swimming pool is nice but quite small and while there is a place supposedly to buy food there was no one manning it. Has a fitness center and Steam Room. Steam room is excellent nice and hot and one of the best I have been too. In Brazil Steam Rooms are called Saunas. Breakfast was good but i did not see that Tea was available just coffee.

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Room was nice, clean, and housekeeping was great. Internet was non existent in the bedroom however...wifi radio signal is squeeky, but not strong enough to make it around the corner rooms. Also, late night dining is a bit sparse, so order before 10:00pm or they won't help (no joke, 10:05 and we're told to go to the gas station across the street?). So far, the best hotel in Goiania. Will stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 days. I had very good experience with the hotel, room comfort, very clean, staff, food... The only issue I had was the safe did not work, and I reported to the front desk, they send someone to figure it out and did now what was the problem and suggested to change the safe the next day. No one followed-up and I did not bother to call again as the hotel was very safe.

The only issue is the internet very slow
