• Fee for self-serve breakfast: approximately BRL 25 to 35 for adults, and BRL 25 to 35 for children
• Uncovered self parking fee: BRL 15 per night
• Pet fee: BRL 50 per pet (varies based on length of stay)

• Early check-in fee: BRL 50 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: BRL 60 for check-in between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM
