Overall it was a very nice stay. Excellent service, facilities, amenities, cleanness. Food at their restaurant is gorgeous. My only complain is the price. I have the impression everything is a little above what I'd expect.

This is by far the best hotel in the city for US business travelers. It is very convenient to reach and it is very close to the shopping malls and restaurants in town. The hotel itself is very safe but can be noisy next to the freeway at times. The restaurant is very good and the pool patio area is a great place to relax.

Good breakfast and nice pool. The hotel is very outdated. Our first room had a strong moldy smell and when I pulled back the curtains, they were covered in mold. The hotel was good about quickly providing us with another room though. However the shower in the new room was also moldy (or maybe dirty?).

Conveniently located one block from the highway. But there is nothing to do in the neighborhood, no restaurants or shops. It was difficult to find the parking lot. There was no clear sign.

Terrible hotel worst experience in an Accor hotel so far.
Slept in the executive suite the only one in this hotel and it was literally falling apart, shower was full of mildew, tiles in the jacuzzi fell within 10min in the room leaving rotten wood exposed.
Door handle from my room to the living room of the suite fell down and door was blocked.
Towels were smelling like rust.
I rarely leave reviews and travel a lot for business but this need to be avoided at all cost...

Old hotel but well kept up as much as possible must have constant remodeling and is acceptable. Things I did not like and probably major to fix is the drainage of the shower, toilet and sink. Water took for ever to drain at least in my room it did. The other is the poor cable or satellite service they have, if I would change channel and I was watching CNN if I wanted to go back to CNN it was impossible. Real bad WiFi service as well very intermittent
