Rio Hotel by Bourbon Indaiatuba

Nossa estadia neste hotel infelizmente foi cheia de problemas do início ao fim. O primeiro quarto que nos deram ficava bem em frente a um gerador muito barulhento, o que tornava impossível descansar. Pedimos para trocar, e o hotel atendeu. No entanto, o segundo quarto tinha o ralo do chuveiro entupido. Como não queria trocar de quarto novamente, me deixaram tomar banho em um terceiro quarto – que tinha um cheiro terrível de mofo e acabou desencadeando uma crise alérgica. Para piorar, na manhã seguinte descobrimos que o pneu do carro da minha irmã havia sido esvaziado de propósito. Pedimos para ver as imagens das câmeras de segurança, mas o hotel nunca nos permitiu acesso ou deu qualquer resposta útil. Um dos principais motivos pelos quais escolhi esse hotel foi o transporte para o aeroporto. O que não informam é que o transporte só funciona em horários muito limitados. Fora desses horários, é necessário pagar. Como o pneu estava murcho e o Uber não atende essa área, fui obrigada a pagar o táxi do hotel. Outro grande incômodo é a localização. O hotel fica bem em frente a uma praça de pedágio. Se você vem do aeroporto, precisa pagar esse pedágio duas vezes – e é um dos mais caros de Campinas. Para piorar, só aceita pagamento em dinheiro, e o hotel não tem caixa eletrônico. Considerando tudo isso, não recomendo esse hotel para quem está viajando. Foram muitos problemas e a localização é impraticável e cara.

Very nice people and friendly

I really enjoyed the stay. It is very family oriented and kid friendly.

Driver (Leo) and the free transfer and the ladies at reception were excellent! Hotel is quiet even close to a busy road.

I’ve choose the hotel considering the shuttle to/from airport but I was informed there was no transportation available unless I call & pay for it. Quite disappointing.

Directions are WRONG. The directions took us to the police station. We went through a toll plaza 4 times before we found the hotel

The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

The place is isolated even though in proximity to the airport. The restaurant is not the best but not terrible for the only option around.

Staff was wonderful and helpful a nice place to stay close to the airport

This is the only hotel that provides a free transfer from VCP airport. The driver Leo was so friendly and waited for us even though our plane was late!

The hotel looks very nice from the outside, but rooms are small, service was poor and it was expensive to taxi from airport to Hotel due to location. Not a good place to stay in order to catch a flight.

It costs a fortune to get there by taxi. Room was very small. No bottled water in the frigobar or in the room A real nightmare. I paid on arrival and new I had not used anything in the room - there was nothing there. On the way out to my taxi and the manager challenged me and made me come back in to the front desk. Bad location, no signs, got lost, paid toll twice, Google map took me to a soccer field… Then I paid at the desk because Expedia did not process my payment. Please confirm that I did not pay twice. Thanks!
