Blue Pearl Hotel

I visited in June and loved it, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed with the room we received. The balcony door wouldn’t open, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and for five people, the balcony was so small that there was barely any space for us. The food was the same every single day. Back in June, it wasn’t like this, so instead of improving, things have gone downhill. The food wasn’t very tasty either, and the snack bar served the exact same options daily with no variety.

That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this hotel, fantastic location on the beach, less than a 10 minute walk from Flower Street. Bedrooms overlooking the beach and a private area on the beach, with loungers and umbrellas all included in the stay. Staff were all really helpful. Only down side is that most of the food is served cold on cold plates, which is a shame as the food itself is OK, and constantly running out of small spoons! Would stay there again.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach and you don’t have to pay for the ones on the beach. Close to the nightlife but not right in the mix of it. We had a room upgrade at no cost and was beautiful with an en suite. Staff were real friendly. The man at the pool snack bar never seems to be not working and his service was excellent. The only down side I would say is the food isn’t great but plenty of choice each day and plenty of places close by to eat out and nothing is expensive away from the hotel.

The hot water didn't work for the first 2 days of my stay. The food that is include in the all inclusive package was terrible and the same dishes everyday I stayed there. Parking was expensive and hard to navigate. The hotel is very out of the way and not close to the boardwalk. Over all I would not stay there again.

Hotel godny polecenia. Pokoje czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa miła i pomocna w szczególności barmani ze snack bar. Posiłki i napoje dobre i urozmaicone. Hotel na plaży w odległości 15 m od morza.

Great location, very good services.

The hotel was amazing and we really loved it. We had 1 bedroom apartment with sea view. Hotel was righr at the beach. We got 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds for free in front of hotel. There were other paid umbrellas closer to the sea. Kids room was not very big, but my 5 years old spent some time.there. Next to the kids room was gym and 2 table-tennis tables. Those were for free. I am not sure about rockets, we had our own from home. My kids especially loved animation program and mini discos. each day (except monday) from 10.00-12:25 and 15.00 - 17:25. Minidisco was 20:00-20:30. On fridays and sarurdays there was some other program. In all inclusive (AI) there were also o few coctails and one night, there was possibility to have more coctails, even those not included in AI. The worst thing about AI is, that it starts at 14.00 at the day of arrival. I have no idea what was the reason, I have never experienced it before. I was used to AI starting immediatelly after arrival. When the restaurant manager takes away french fries in Snack bar from your kids at 12:30 and you feel like a criminal, because your children are hungry and you took it. Had I not paid after arrival, we would probably leave for another hotel immediatelly. At 13:58 there were about 20 pissed of people, waiting for.14:00, so that we can get the room and go to snack bar, to eat (already cold) french fries we were not able to eat 1.5 hours earlier.

The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. We received a twin bed room, with beds opposite in the room. They told us that that room was the promo room that we paid for. After talking and showing the pictures in Expedia reservation they agreed to give us a room with double bed. Each day they cleaned the room (washing the floor and changing the towels). Very small bathroom sink. The food was ok, cooked meals and on site fried meat, looked and tasted fresh. They repeated the food during the 4 days and at breakfast the same every day. But there was a pretty large offer of different food for every taste - fish, chicken and pork and sometimes veal and lamb. Every day vegetables and salads. The desset was with fresh fruits but the cakes were bought cookies. The drinks were of inferior quality. The parking was only paid 20 leva/day. The beach was in front of the hotel but the included sunbeds were a bit far from the water. If you want to stay closer to water you need to pay the sunbeds and umbrella.

Location - 10/10 The hotel is right on the beach, there is a supermarket next to it, sea alley starts right after the hotel, a lot of shops and a beach bar nearby. Parking was full but they give us an option to park 200 m away for 15 lv per night which is OK for that season. Rooms - 8/10 We were in a suite with two Twin Beds and 1 Double Sofa Bed. A lot of space for everybody, nice view, good sound and sun isolation, very good air conditioning. every day cleaning, very good politics for towel and sheets changing, two toilets. On the negative side the bathroom was a bit small and it was separated from the toilet only with one curtain. Hot water was not enough for family of four. Furniture a bit outdated, could be renewed. I heard from a friend that one part of the hotel was renovated and the conditions there were different. Food - 8/10 What actually surprised us was the food, we expected a well- known Bulgarian all-inclusive disaster but the food was decent, not something fancy but really decent. Service 8/10 Cleaning ladies were friendly and did their jobs, the manager helped us a lot to solve a sensitive problem, at the reception desk things were fine, staff at the restaurant also. Average animation, could be definitely improved. Beach – 8/10 The good thing was that the hotel has its own part of the beach – kind of. It was helpful to have your own beds and umbrella. What could be improved – all sunbeds and umbrellas must be changed for the next season they were really old

The combination of price,location and quality of service makes it very appealing. The hotel is right on the beach, we had the 2 bdrm 11/2baths ultra all inclusive deal. The couch in the livingroom can be extended to a bed as well and the windows from floor to ceiling ,wall to wall...open the curtins and the full view of the gulf is front of you. Beachbar is next to pool,first few rows of chairs and umbrellas belong to the hotel. The ones close to sea cost 5 leva a piece(2chairs and umbrella=15 leva). The bartenders at the bar very friendly supply you with planty of mixed drinks,beer etc.(all local brands) The restaurant is clean and food is good. During our stay we met Giorgi the manager of the hotel. He is very helpful and attentive to your sugestions and requests, does his best to make your stay as pleasent as it can be. He is very good at playimg fusball,beat me with one hand haha.. Overall, a very nice stay for us
