The staff is friendly, the location is good, close to everywhere, walk, enjoy or take a tuk-tuk (Indonesian bajaj) transportation. Download the PassApp application, it's also cheap. Recommended. Angkot Wat is a bit far half an hour, tuk-tuk ride $ 5. Note: to Angkot Wat you have to buy a ticket online first $ 37 for 1 day per person. How to get it ask the hotel staff or in the app there is a seller. There are no entrance tickets sold at the entrance gate. Nightclubs are close (similar to the Legian Kuta Bali nightclub in Indonesia). Night market that sells lots of delicious and cheap local food (no during the day). The location is by the river, romantic atmosphere.

Booked 2 superior rooms for 2 nights but got 1 superior room and 1 standard room. The hotel informed that they would refund the room rate via credit card. Overall, the staff was attentive and provided good service. The room was clean, the water pressure was not good, the TV did not work, there was no elevator, there was a kettle in the room, no hair dryer, the WiFi was strong enough. The room was in the middle of Siem Reap, easy to travel to, there was a taxi in front of the hotel for service.
