Phan NaTa Apartment

I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap

The room layout was very good, well-appointed, and designed well, with LED lighting well used. The entrance tp the propery needs a lot of work the paving stones are coming up due to the tree roots, over all the entire property needs a good cleaning, bird poop on the hand railings up the stairs and near the entrance, the place was not that clean when we gor there, very dusty, needs a serius paint job on all walls, the windows and screens in both bathroom seem to have never been cleaned, there are two birds nest up near the open louveres, there was two issues that did get resolved quickly, no TV hook up and no hotwater. Overall, the staff was excellent, but if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you, the road traffic and noise in daytime is quite high, and the barking dogs at all times of the night are also very loud

The staff were very lovely, they had 24/7 security who were very friendly. The room had good aircon. The bed was hard but comfortable. The place was clean and in good location. Would definitely return

First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you.

Friendly host, nice security guy. Away from city but close to a bus stop. The garden area is leafy and peaceful for relaxation.

Peaceful location outside of busy city. Manager is great and took his time to welcome us on arrival and showed us around with informative room orientation. If you are looking for quieter place to stay. This is highly recommended.

Great host, provided me with perfect hints about our room and temples to visit in Siemreap. Helpful security guy though he can't understand English. Just location is a bit out of town.
