Arrived early because of catching an early morning flight. Staff made every effort to have the room cleaned immediately after the previous nights guests checked out giving me a chance to recover from my early flight. Room was immaculate even even though maid rushed to get it ready. Roof top bar and pool provided magnificent views of the boat racing. Despite the all night partying from the late night celebrators my inside room provided more the adequate sound insulation. Realize that you are staying in a night life area and if you request a balcony room then expect to hear some late night rerevelors. Hotel staff genuinely friendly and unlike some of the large hotels that require long Tuk Tuk rides just to get of the property your are just a few short minutes ride down the hotels scenic glass elevator to multiple quality restaurants and the scenic river walk.

Had a good time at the Waterfront Hotel. The hotel was clean, well located, and definitely enjoyed the nightlife around it and the walks by the river. I was in Phnom Penh for a solo getaway and there were many places around me where I could have a good bite, read a good book, and then have a drink. It is also central too!

To start book the room for 1 week. When I called to book airport shuttle took 10 calls to reach anyone, then they wanted double normal price for shuttle $20. So I just got a tuk-tuk from airport only $8. When arrived at hotel and got in room the aircon did not work complained about for 2 days, never fixed. The towels and bedding were old and dirty looking. So after 2 days I ask for an early checkout and refund my remaining 5 days. I was told I need to talk to manager, after another 20 calls and no answer I gave up. I then called hotels.com and tried to get refund that way and they informed me they would have to call and get it approved from hotel. I was ok with that but then they informed me they could not get an answer on the phone either. All said and done I stayed 2 night ended up paying for 7 cause the hotel manager does not do their job. I recommend stay away from this hotel. There are plenty other hotels nicer and cheaper and happy to have you as a guest. STAY AWAY!

Cheap and cheerful if your on a budget it's fine room was clean bed comfortable, hotel could do with some TLC especially the pool area a bit of street noise but a great view from the roof for the price it was fine.

Constant noise from building sites. Pool loses sun early and only3 sun loungers.Wanted 15 $ to launder sheet(!!!???) Rooms not sound proofed. Breakfast okay. Red light area--- a passing parade of slappers at breakfast. May be I would stay again(?). Without balcony option, really only suitable for one night stand. Ha. Handy.

Hotel is run down and needs maintenance. Room was a dump. They don't have enough towels. So if the hotel is full, you might not have towels after a hot day of walking until the evening time. Obviously, the towels haven't been replaced since the hotel opening.
Price would have been OK for the area, but there is construction on both corners of the street. It seems it will be like that for at least a year. I paid $31 for the inside room. The room is really small, and it's a dump, both the room and the street. You can get a better room for between $12 - $20, but the location will be approximately a kilometer away from the riverside. Or you can pay approximately $2 more to get a cleaner room at a cleaner street next to the riverside. Or you can pay $15 more to get much better and cleaner room on the riverside, which I did.
You get what you pay for. Pay $1 or $2 more to get a better room in a better street without the construction nearby.

Dont be misled by picture of swimming pool you have to awim standing up ..I like to swim but this is a hot tub ..when I first saw it I asked where the soap was
It's difficult to enter hotel due to staff scooters parked on pavement .

The hotel overall was good. The hotel close to many things within walking distance, small but good choice of breakfast. The swimming pool was waned but it was good enough to swim. I was put in 2 floor where the storage room and staff room are so it was very noisy. The room with no window was very small though

I don't want to have to have a fight with the electronic door lock for 10 mins every time I want to get in the room. And re-programing it doesn't solve the issue, changing the batteries might help.....

This is a pretty basic hotel which I wouldn't recommend for an overnight stay as the sound insulation between the rooms isn't so good (you can hear what is going on in the nearby rooms). Plus many of the rooms don't have windows. But it's fine if you just want a relatively cheap place to leave you stuff and use as a base whilst waiting for a late flight.
