The location of this property is truly outstanding—right in the heart of Whistler Village, making everything easily accessible. The unit itself is a great size, and the views are absolutely breathtaking, which made our stay feel very special. However, the experience was let down by the comfort of the bedding. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. With such a fantastic location and beautiful unit, improving the sleeping setup would make a huge difference.

Clean rooms. Quiet

Excellent spot to start right at the base of Whistler. Had views of the lifts. Kitchen was well equipped. We were on the second floor and there was no issue with noise from the bar on the main floor. Parking garage is under hotel and has direct week week elevator access.

Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was in a wonderful location - right in the heart of the village. It was clean and spacious. We did have a few hiccups that caused us to rate the property a 4 instead of a 5 review. We had issues with people parking in our designated parking space -this happened twice during our stay and thankfully we were told to use the spot next to ours as no one was staying in the other unit. We also had an issue with our condo not being cleaned on the allocated date/time. Thankfully there were plenty of towels and lastly the balcony door does not lock - it is completely missing. Now we were on the 3rd floor - however - this still felt unsafe to us.

Excellent location just right in front of Whistler Gondola!

Excellent, clean and perfect 2 bedrooms apartment with everything you need - in centre of Whistler village - convenient and comfortable.

Although the suite was well maintained and clean, There were some issues we encountered that made us disappointed. 1. The master bedroom washroom shower has some design flaws which resulted in water seeping out through the shower doors causing pool of water on the outside floor. 2. The main door entrance to the suite was jammed and always hard to push open. This resulted in the code timing out as the door was difficult to open. Both from outside as well as from inside. 3. The kitchen appliances ( Stove ) was very dated and not working properly. Takes a long time to heat. 4. The blinds were also very dated and not in good condition. 5. Most of the furniture, toilets bowls and bath tub were very old and dated,

This was the second time we stayed here. Amazing location! Super friendly staff!

Fantastic location for ski in / out

This was our first stay in the Creekside village. It's quiet and the mountain access was good. The problem is that there's only one bar/restaurant.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Texting to get answers was a nice feature and the valet was super prompt. Tom was top notch service. We would recommend to anyone who wants to really enjoy Whistler and all of its wonders.

Couldn’t have chosen a better property. Great proximity to slopes, excellent ski storage, & staff at Sundial (affiliated hotel) is extremely helpful (especially Harry!) Will certainly stay here again!

Great for a group getaway

The property felt quite outdated, especially considering the price I paid. All the amenities were old and in need of an upgrade. Last year, I stayed at a different property and had a fantastic experience, but this time was disappointing. The air conditioning in the unit was far too small to effectively cool the entire space. It seemed more like a token feature rather than a functional one, as none of the rooms were adequately cooled. We ended up having to keep the doors open just to get some relief. The television was another letdown—tiny and reminiscent of the Stone Age. I decided to try out a new place this year, but I regret that decision. I wish I had booked the same spot as last year. Expedia really needs to reassess the properties they list. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the service staff were great. I have to give a special shoutout to Luis from valet. He was always in a good mood, making the experience a bit better, and took excellent care of my vehicle.
