we were to relax and we did
we were in the hot tub every night that was great there were no one in there at the time we went.
the morning was also good we had a full tummy when we left every day.

Was an excellent stay pool was on the colder side and a couple bugs in it was as if it was an outdoor pool. Our room was excellent nice and clean. Very nice staff breakfast was okay. Overall would stay again

Nice place to hang your hat for the night. Kincardine is a beautiful place. I stay there for business. But may journey back in the summer.

There was a lack of service at this hotel. They had no towels in the pool area, we couldn’t get more bath towels in our room, the packed blanket for the sofa bed was dirty and took us over 30 minutes to get a replacement, which was just a light blanket without a duvet. Cleanliness of this hotel is an issue.

Approximately $300 per night for a room which:
1) Has a malfunctioning toilet (that wasn't clean when we got in, due to its inability to flush)
2) Didn't have functioning temperature control
3) Had uncomfortable furniture
As for the hotel:
1) The halls had a gross smell (cigarettes and mold)
2) Main floor is consistently wet because of the position of the pool

The hotel is clean, rooms are clean and staff were friendly. We were disappointed that the pool was closed as we were looking forward to taking our grandchild swimming. The hotel breakfast was okay.

I wish they had stated that the pool was under maintenence when we booked our stay, as that was one of the highlights. The rooms were clean, but very hot! We requested to be near our friends but were declined the request, which was odd as the room near us wasnt occupied until the next day. Breakfast was good with a nice variety and the staff member who tended the area was nice and helpful. Overall a good stay.

The hotel ran out of towels and toilet paper while we were there- had none til the next morning. Also me and my family got chemical burns from the hot tub/ pool due to the chlorine and whatever else is in there being way to high. The plow cleaning the parking lot woke us up at like 5am with beeping and scraping. Needles to say we didn’t have a very good little getaway and were not very happy with our visit.

Cockroaches found in the room. Breakfast area was not clean. Where the waffles station is.
