Only one bed had a mattress protector on it. The other one had a double size mattress pad on a queen bed. I’d prefer full encasements or full mattress protectors.

Absolutely the worst experience!!!! We asked for a room on the main level with a patio door to smoke outside… they claimed that we smoked in the room and charged me a 250 fee for that along with a 60 fee for a 2 dollar hand towel that had a small stain on it!!! Would definitely not recommend this place!!!! They also entered the room without my authorization and took a picture of the hand towel!!! They creep in the rooms and look for a reason to charge you additional charges
