Room 215 needs repairs to the shower/bath faucet. Both the shower and faucet turn on and not much pressure going to shower head. Toilet is too close to floor! When you sit on it, it hits the wall and makes a big bang and also does this when when you get up from it. The bathroom door is sticky and won't close till you use your shoulder to it. It's also missing a table lamp. I left a note for housekeepers. Lets see if they repair these or allow it to turn into a dive. We felt like we were being monitored by assigning a room right above the office! There were other empty rooms, near the exit doors, where we would prefer to be. Cant be patrcular, I guess. No elevator in this hotel for the elderly. They have to walk quite a ways to the stairs. As for the staff....they were courteous and the a.m. lady was a good listener. Other than that, It was a good area for us.

It was a horrible experience and I have not received my deposit back. I am extremely disappointed to have to pay for the room after the terrible experience my family had.

The room was very clean, perfect temperature, comfortable bed, and very modernized. Quiet area. Breakfast was delicious! Lots of good stuff to eat including egg, sausage, and hash browns, toast, bagels, cereal, etc. Staff was very courteous. We will stay here again!

The room was very clean and bedding perfect. Too few power outlets and the toilet seat was very loose. The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful

Price was right, good location for the airport, quiet and well kept. Will stay there again!

Great place for stay

No clean towels, stayed 10 days and never once cleaned my room. Did not even empty garbage cans. Vacuums were left in hallway. Carpet in hallway smelt musty.

Air conditioning noisy, space between door and door jams, left space so light shone thru and noise from hallway came thru loud and clear. Bathroom tub would not drain properly and shower head squealed while taking shower. Carpets stained. No way we wanted to walk barefoot. I would never recommend this hotel chain to anyone let alone stay in one again.
