Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview

This was 100% the worst place I’ve ever stayed. When we entered into the place there were almost no lights on in the hallways, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything. On top of that the room wasn’t cleaned properly, there were fake eyelashes from a previous visitor. In addition the smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector were flashing red. People were banging on the windows and staff were smoking outside of our window speaking loudly.

Everything is good.

Clean and the staff is v professional respect the customers

It was a depressing and noisy place and had alot of hidden charges. Very unwelcoming employees. I am surely not going nack there.

The stay was definitely one to remember. When my family and I had arrived to the hotel ( a little early around 1) staf had told us that we would be able to check in and there may be a fee, which we were made aware of. Once we got there, front desk told us we had to wait over 2 hours (basically at the regular check in time) with a overtired 3 month old baby. Once we finally checked in, opening the door to our room felt like walking into a sauna. The room was wet and had a smell of mould to it. (The room of course had mould seeping through the walls) By our second day stay we noticed there was an ENTIRE ANT COLONY coming out from the baseboards of the room. There were ants EVERYWHERE!! Anytime we’d requested some linens, toilet paper we were told they’d be sent down (we were the room right beside the lobby) and they had entirely forgotten even after 3 times reminding. Which eventually I’d gone to the front and waited to have them hand it to me.

At check in was charged $30 for parking but in their contract it clearly states $25. Was out all day and came back at ready to go to bed but had issues with the sink and toilet had to wait 40mins before the issie was addressed. I asked to switch rooms but was told "no" I had to wait...

Have stayed here many times before, this time we were upgraded to the Hilton, as they could not find my reservasion. This impressed me.

Hello chek in staff was good and they gave us a worst and smelly room in basement and the check out time satff lady was so bad she don’t know how to talk to customers. Customer service was so bad and force to check out earlier than time please i need a refund

Front desk short ladies was so rude customer service. You can even listen to you and ı asked her is there any room 2 floor she didnt even listen to me and giving ground floor room. I was stay this hotel last year almost 6 months. This time ı came was disappointing
