The cold water tap did not work in my room for the first night… so we were not able to bathe… no coloensation from the hotel. Our room was not cleaned the next day and we had no clean towels and had to call for this. The room smelt very moldy. The air conditioner was not blowing cool air on its highest function. The beds we were told were queen beds appeared to be double. It was an awful experience. Its not close to anything either!!!

The sound insulation is completely terrible. The staff is very kind who helped us change a room at 1pm because there was a whole family talking loudly outside the room, and we can not rest at all. The experience was very bad, but the staff is well-trained and very kind.
