Pour ma deuxième fois à cette établissement j’ai été déçu de la propreté de la chambre on aurait dit vite vite de là poussière, on pouvait pas partir le ventilateur de plafond trop de poussière juste info il est brun mais le dessus presque gris de poussière. L’unité murale aussi aurait besoin d’un nettoyage. Pas toutes les Lumières fonctionnelles. Pour ce qui est du personnel très courtois et aimables. Le stationnement aucun souci. Sûr que la météo pluvieuse et les 2 fêtes d'anniversaire en cours n'aidaient pas mais la salle à manger extérieure sous la tente était très bruyante. A part cela, l'hôtel est très tranquille et offre une ambiance relaxante.

It is well located easy walk to downtown. The room was all right in need of upgrade and cleaning. The bed was confortable. There bathroom definitely needed a good cleaning and some of the fixture need to be repaired. The hotel restaurant’s staff were very friendly, and conversant in gluten free restrictions.

La chambre était correcte, sans plus. L’air climatisé murale donnait exactement sur le lit donc impossible à utiliser. Il y avait également une odeur de renfermé. La propreté était ordinaire surtout la salle de bain. La vue est splendide par contre et le lit confortable.

We usually love to stay at this hotel and it has always been clean and the better option of the local hotels. This stay I was a little disappointed as the table under the tv still had food crumbs, there was hair in the shower stuck to the tub wall and dirty tissues behind the garbage in the bathroom which leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned properly. We will likely still stay again, but perhaps will ask to stay in the newer section if the option is available. We were very pleased with the added parking and the helpfulness of staff, etc but disappointed with the level of cleanliness this stay.

Dirt everywhere, room was not clean with stains and dust everywhere. Toilet bowl was not cleaned since last century. Water in sink not draining. Public areas are not clean either. I would avoid this hotel.

Très bien situé, nous avons marché pour aller souper au centre ville! Un superbe petite crémerie est dans le parc juste à côté, très agréable. L’hôtel est très propre et l’accueil est rapide.
