Clean, tidy; lovely comfortable bed and pillows; good amenities, well equipped kitchenette. Check-in and check-out all done online; no reception desk; but the concierge is in another hotel nearby.

Room was fine. Staff was helpful. Parking was a butch! Sidewalks nit shoveled, very slippery. Nit the hotels fault...

The room is cute but I didn’t like the building. Really nobody to welcome us. The walls are quite thin so you can hear a lot from other rooms. The water from the shower is quite irregular and also the bed squeaks

All was perfect, staff, room. Just, there is a lot of noise in the night and morning from street and other rooms.

Beautifully designed and very comfortable room in old Montreal. The stairs weren’t a problem for me, but may be a challenge for those with reduced mobility. Easy communication with the hotel via WhatsApp.

The location are room was perfect

Chambres spacieuses, décorées avec bon goût, et emplacement parfait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces aspects. Cependant, certains éléments ont nui à notre séjour. L’acoustique de la chambre était problématique : nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre 403, comme s’ils étaient avec nous. Leur horaire plus festif a malheureusement affecté la qualité de notre sommeil et de nos deux journées sur place. À noter également : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être important pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des bagages lourds. Enfin, nous avons remarqué que certaines portes d’issues étaient maintenues ouvertes. Pour des raisons de sécurité, il serait préférable qu’elles demeurent fermées afin d’assurer l’intégrité des séparations coupe-feu et la sécurité des usagers. Nous espérons que ces commentaires constructifs pourront contribuer à améliorer l’expérience des futurs visiteurs.

Room decor is on point. Very comfortable space and amenities. Although there is no front desk, you do feel someone is close by if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again.

EVERYTHING! Clear check-in directions, pristine room, quality toiletries …delicious croissant in the morning!

Wonderful location. The property manager was responsive to having our bathroom cleaned - there was something on the floor that may have contributed to an odd smell. The unit would be perfect if they would consider replacing the carpet in the living room, putting high quality new large towels in the bathroom (the bathmat was quite frayed and towels were thin) and having a better mattress and bedding. Great stay for a young couple or for short stays.

The apartment is in an excellent location, quiet and in the centre of Old Montreal. The staircase was a bit of a challenge, narrow and steep, but doable. Comfy bed, large room, nice bathroom.

Very noisy especially in the morning during trash pickup. No staff presence

The only complaint would be the toiletry, bring your own shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash! Everything else was great! Would stay again
