Nine Vines Hotel

Check-in and out was effortless. Room, lobby and hallway was clean. Staff friendly and nice. Great location and easy to find. Most NOTL accommodations are vastly overpriced for what you get, so it was a refreshing change of pace to find this gem that charged a fair rate.

Beautiful hotel, room was beautiful and bed and bedding was cloud like slept wonderfully. Close to main town maybe 20 min walk to main tourist area. Niagra on the lake is a must see we’ve been twice and it never disappoints. The combination of nine vines and the town is a great match .

Super staff, Leah was fabulous. Breakfast included, and cooked to order, with fresh ground coffee which is not something you get everywhere these days. Rooms are small and clean, as a renovated older home property. Property is less than 2km outside of the central area, so it is a quieter spot which is nice. My only comment for improvement would be the in room AC unit is quite loud, and conversations from other rooms could be heard at times.

Hotel is very close to the centre of the town, clean and has very welcoming staff who accommodated our late check out time because we participated in Niagara Ultra race. Delicious breakfast cooked to order!

Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated receiving a message beforehand to ensure we had all the information we needed before arriving. One small suggestion would be to provide guests with information about where breakfast is served upon check-in, as my husband had some difficulty locating it. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-presented, and the location was excellent for the conference I was attending. The only aspects that weren’t ideal for us were the bed, which we found less comfortable than expected, and the in-room air conditioner, which was quite noticeable when running at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and welcoming staff.

A very nice spot. Clean, nice, comfy, room. Off the main strip (which is nice!) but very close to everything you would want to see and do in Niagara on the Lake. Didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant, but some friends (locals) said it was very good.

Personnel were helpful and very friendly. Room clean. Bed was not overly comfortable. However breakfast was excellent. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful front desk and complimentary daily cooked-to-order breakfast delicious and personable chef. Hotel and rooms are clean, air conditioner gets nice and cold. Price paid was for a 4-5 star though and would rate the hotel itself and the room more of 3.5 star. The staff is 5 star.

The breakfast was a delight. Individually cooked bacon, eggs, sausage, toast etc in a lovely restaurant setting.

We were very pleased with our one night stay, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before we left.

Great location, nice rooms, well priced. Breakfast was good. The only downside was the lack of darkening blinds in the room, recommend bringing a sleep/eye mask if you don't want to wake up early.

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable. You can hear noise if you’re sensitive to it, but it was a perfect place for us.

very beautiful hotel friendly staff and excellent breakfest in morning. but air conditioning was very noisy woke us up at night and could her when other people used the bathroom above our room.
