My husband and i had a wonderful stay at the Nine Vines, it was the perfect resting spot after a long wine tour day! A but of a walk into the main strip of NOTL but very manageable. We will definitely stay again. The only hiccup is that the floor is a bit creaky so if your neighbor gets up you're gonna hear it, but nothing we couldn't fall back asleep for. Extra bonus was the amazing made to order breakfast that was included.

Simple, super clean, and friendly staff in the restaurant at breakfast. Which is included, and cooked to order! Also has a continental breakfast if you like. The next time we are in Niagara on the lake, will stay again.

Because I couldn’t locate my check in details, I had a bit of a time getting into my room. But Giuseppe the chef helped me, and I returned the favor of having an impressive dinner in Mdina, the hotel restaurant. The room was lovely, calm and well appointed. Everything was immaculate. Bed comfy, bathroom well stocked (a body lotion would be nice to include in the toiletries) and just downstairs, the restaurant! This sophisticated eatery offers a wide menu. I had a huge burrata and tomato salad, followed by the tenderest, sweetest sea bass ever. The wine list is small but varied; I enjoyed a French Sauvignon Blanc with dinner. After about 30 minutes, I devoured an afagado made with delicious ice cream.

Great location. Easy check-in and out. Room was spotless. Will be staying again in the future.

Well situated, quaint, rustic feel about the hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

A charming little hotel, but lacking in some basic conveniences, IE no elevator, which can be troublesome if you have much luggage. The room was nice and had all the conveniences you would need. There was no one on duty at all times in the lobby, so if you need something when no one is available you're on your own. The restaurant is amazing. Wonderful food and service. Both managers (night and breakfast) were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.

We really liked the cooked to order breakfast and the room was cozy.

Excellent boutique style hotel

Check-in and out was effortless. Room, lobby and hallway was clean. Staff friendly and nice. Great location and easy to find. Most NOTL accommodations are vastly overpriced for what you get, so it was a refreshing change of pace to find this gem that charged a fair rate.

Beautiful hotel, room was beautiful and bed and bedding was cloud like slept wonderfully. Close to main town maybe 20 min walk to main tourist area. Niagra on the lake is a must see we’ve been twice and it never disappoints. The combination of nine vines and the town is a great match .

Super staff, Leah was fabulous. Breakfast included, and cooked to order, with fresh ground coffee which is not something you get everywhere these days. Rooms are small and clean, as a renovated older home property. Property is less than 2km outside of the central area, so it is a quieter spot which is nice. My only comment for improvement would be the in room AC unit is quite loud, and conversations from other rooms could be heard at times.

Hotel is very close to the centre of the town, clean and has very welcoming staff who accommodated our late check out time because we participated in Niagara Ultra race. Delicious breakfast cooked to order!

Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated receiving a message beforehand to ensure we had all the information we needed before arriving. One small suggestion would be to provide guests with information about where breakfast is served upon check-in, as my husband had some difficulty locating it. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-presented, and the location was excellent for the conference I was attending. The only aspects that weren’t ideal for us were the bed, which we found less comfortable than expected, and the in-room air conditioner, which was quite noticeable when running at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and welcoming staff.
