Ramada by Wyndham Laval

Chambre propre mais au sous-sol et vieillotte. L’endroit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner était minuscule mais la nourriture était bonne. Accueil à toute heure très pratique.

I stayed there for 4 nights they never cleaned the rooms not even once.

Room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Pretty big rooms and clean bathroom. Comfortable beds.

I was put into the worst room. The others rooms I glanced was in better condition. Although I payed extra to have 2 bed. One of the bed making squeaky sound. The other bed mattress had depression. Carpet on the hallway is dirty and stained. I booked through Expedia as a package. Lesson learned never doing that again.

Everything was wonderful about the hotel and the staff. Our confusion/frustration came with a change in the way that Wyndham has designated how they handle the wifi situation. You now have to be a Wyndham member to get free wifi (I guess this came into being a couple of weeks ago). The problem was that the staff was not trained on how to easily have this happen and thought that since we didn't have wifi to start out with, we needed to sign up with our phone and then log in. This is not the case. When you click on the wifi connection it brings up the page that you need. It was a frustrating time trying to figure out how to do this, when it was an easily done task. I believe that this was a management or Wyndham issue, where if they had taken time with the staff to explain how easy it was to rectify the situation, it would have been a non-issue. As it was, we didn't get in to late and was an unfortunate end to a trip. Everything about the hotel, however, was perfect.

Property was older and tired looking. Front desk was small and dark. The bedroom area of our room was Reno’d but the bathroom was older and the hook to hang a towel looked as if it was ripped out of the wall. Not the most clean - hairs were left in the bathroom sink. A plus was the breakfast was decent and they have chargers for electric cars.

Queen Mattress on double-bed box spring was my only surprise. The breakfast had hot and cold items which was also good, and the coffee machine in the front had great coffee and coffee-style selections like cappuccino and French vanilla. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean comfortable room. Nice bed, excellent bathroom and shower. Sadly emergency alarm went off for 20 minutes, ruined nights sleep. No sorry, no shagrin,,, dont relate to this attitude. Still good facility

The room was spacious and clean. Shower and tub were huge. The staff was very friendly and present. Breakfast was good, good choices, cafeteria was very clean. The hotel is located close to restaurants at walking distance. Only negative point; the air conditionner was very loud.

Très bien rapport qualité prix.

Was charged for wifi, even though expedia says it is included and breakfast room was very tiny even for 7-8 persons. Customer service was food. Front staff was great.

Not satisfied with our stay!! The room smelled really bad. The shower head wasn’t working properly!!
