It is directly across from the beach where there are sea lions on the rocks. The view is spectacular. The people at reception were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

It isn't the first time that latin Americans have assumed that I am a moron because I am a gringo. The boys at the reception were so unintentionally condescending that I thought they were going to come out and pat me on the head. It was raining. I had a pregnant wife and two-year old outside. I wanted to get my room and bring them inside as quickly as possible, but I am getting delayed with speeches about little men on a rod in the game room that can play soccer with a little wooden ball AND that US dollars are not accepted in the stores in Chile. "We have our own currency here, it is called a peso." I'm not making this up. Finally a manager came out and got us set up in our room.

Noisy hotel, as you can hear guests in the rooms on top of you, on the sides and in the hallways. Terrible quality of sleep. The hotel is well located and staff is friendly

Despite its higher price point for the area, the hotel fails to provide comfort. The furniture is both low-cost and uncomfortable, more akin to what you'd find in dormitory settings. Given its expansive size, the property faces challenges in maintaining cleanliness. Small but nice pool with enough room for everybody when we were there. Amazing view from pool. Our room was advertised as a room with ocean view which it was not. We where placed on first floor. Avoid first floor at all cost if you do not want to be on display for everyone who passes by on the street outside (see pictures).

In a great location with friendly staff. We only stayed for one night and the items in the apartment were sufficient for one night but you might struggle if you were staying a little longer. The apartment was starting to look a little scruffy and worn but not to an extent that I wouldn’t stay here again.
