Close to good restaurant bella vista.

Run down. Very dated. Has been in need of repair for some time. Mold near bathtub. Rust on metal trim. Warped wood floors near bathroom. TV broke on second day and they told me to flip a switch after I followed up. Then nothing for 3 days. Room did not match picture in confirmation email. Water leaking from refrigerator, so we put down a towel to soak it up. Cleaning crew just removed the towel, but nothing done to fix the issue. Neighborhood not as bad as some other reviews. Daily housekeeping was nice.

A thoroughly enjoyable situation, location & environment, but I should recommend you speak Spanish because you will be disadvantaged. Everyone was overwhelmingly kind to me & I will return on my next vacation if possible!!! Stay at Norus , call Camilla en el despacho 🔑

For safety reason it not convenient to walk on the streets especially at night

Nice room but not the one pictured. No cutlery. Lots of neighborhood dogs that like to bark through the night.

I enjoyed my stay in Norus Apartment mainly because the apt. is located in a nice cosy building in a very pleasant, quite and safe neighborhood. The apt. itself is quite comfortable very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff from Norus was very kind and helpful. It is walking distance from Bellavista a zone of bars and restaurants but not that closed to areas where business and tourism is conducted. The only thing that I didn't like is that they ask passengers to do their own dishes, in pandemic time a deep thorough clean of dishes is appreciated, other that that everything was perfect and I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone traveling to Santiago de Chile, specially if you are looking for a quite place with nice views to the mountains.

Due to the recent civil unrest, riots, marches and government enforced military curfews my partner and I were forced to abandon our last week in Santiago for our own safety and head home. We tried to cancel and recoup some financial losses, including Norus Apartments who denied us any refund. While I fully understand nonrefundable accommodations, I think that the contract gets nullified when the neighborhood your rental in is under siege. Beyond the fact that it was physically dangerous for us to even try to spend our last week there, food and resourves were limited, most restaurants and bars either closed or only open a few hours. Even the front desk at this hotel was reduced to only be open from 11am until 2pm...which also should forfeit the contract becUse 24 hour staff and security was offered as part of the stay. Expedia did the bare minimum to extract some sort of refund or hell...even an apology from Norus Apartments. I will be back in Santiago at some point in the future, and will make sure to book through another agency and not secure any Norus Apartment or any other holding this company may have in the area. Stay far away from this company.

This property is very comfortable and a great location very close to all the restaurant and bars. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a good value accommodation and very quiet

The property was perfectly located. I did not like that my balcony door seemed to be opened when I had not opened it.

Unfortunately, my stay ended poorly due to how a deposit deduction was handled. I have been traveling for over four years with my dog and stayed in over 145 accommodations; I have never received a complaint or deposit deduction. This history is verifiable through Hotels.com. During my stay, there was a one-time accident involving my pet while I was unwell. I informed the property immediately, apologized in writing, and took preventive measures. I was told there could be an additional laundry cost, but no amount was communicated in advance. I was shown photos of two towels on Thursday before check-out. On check-out day, I waited 20 minutes at reception before the deposit deduction was discussed. No itemized breakdown or explanation for the calculation was provided. A significant portion of my deposit was deducted, including additional linens beyond the originally mentioned towels. Even if replacement or special cleaning had been necessary, the amount is not consistent with standard laundering or replacement costs. Future guests should request written confirmation of extra charges and documentation before check-out, especially when traveling with pets.

Foi uma boa estadia , a localização é boa , mas o quarto precisa de muitos reparos e uma modernização seria bem-vinda ! Infelizmente o Wi-Fi não funcionava no quarto , o que dificultou muito e o aquecedor não estava funcionando em um dos quartos

O local é muito bom e compatível com as fotos do anúncio. Apenas o wifi deixou a desejar por ter um sinal muito fraco.

Mauvaise communication, malgré nos essais pour résoudre un problème de réservation ils ne nous ont pas répondu (14 appels). En arrivant à l’hôtel pas de personnel en réception et ils nous ont laissé sans logement pour la nuit.
