All the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and polite. I was in the elevator greeted by some staff of the hotel. They went above and beyond, greeted me and offered to help me with the luggage from the elevator to the lobby. You truly feel welcomed by the staff and the culture of this hotel.

Also less Coco Park Mall with lots of great restaurants and shopping is only 7mins walk away. Shopping Park Subway station is also very nearby. Cant find a better location
